fsh files work fine just add them in to sgsm folder

hey Lean hey Vhan yeah I'm alive was pretty busy but i found a bit of time and missed patching.

Volume 5 was never released before so I thought i'd explain what the updates were.

Dallas unis have the official star logo on the back neck of the uniform not a custom
Jazz jerseys have an updated logo on the wasitband which was better quality
Lakers have better quality wordmarks
Nets well higher quality wordmark too and I have the away in 1024 res as well.
