Please guys why we would not try using nba 2k11{12 cyberface or jersey textures for the mod it would be fresh new look to give something new to people,at least just one try,if nobody likes it go back to old method.I can convert some cyberface and some patcher give yourself a try and post preview here to see how it looks.What do you think?

Why?KG is almost same like in 2k11,but Lebron is not doned good,look at G-Game s Blake Griffin he is perfect because G-Game is better with this type of patching,it can be better,if Mgc 12 have a try it would be amazing!

Are you kidding me?Garnett does not look like the Garnett from 2k.It is not even close.
Mgc#12 does an amazing job with his cf's.If he were to do live cf's with 2k textures then it would be a step down.I do not think he would do this.He is too good at what he does.
And i saw G-Games Griffin when he made it.It was not bad but it was not perfect as you say.
Once again man,this is not 2k.

Yeah, we've gone through this discussion before. If any textures can be successfully converted from NBA 2K and they look great in NBA Live 08, then fantastic, there's an update that can be used. Otherwise, the traditional methods suit our purposes fine. Leave it be.

Good to see that TUP is continuing on, but I know I'm not needed for jerseys, I got replaced last year because I was too lazy to make numbers... I've taken my talents to NBA 2K11, but I might create something for NBA Live 08 for the mod, I have a set of Miami Heat jerseys made that I can convert to Live 08 that aren't in Live 08 yet.

If you need me to get rid of any haters like I did in TUP 09, TUP 10, TUP 11, let me know. I'll help out.

doktor, Honestly, it needs a lot of improvement. But I really like the LBJ cf though it's still need to be fixed.

It's like we've said before. If the texture can be put to good use, great. Otherwise, the traditional methods have been working fine and producing great results. At the end of the day it should be up to the individual patcher which method they wish to use, whatever works for them and produces the best quality art updates. There's no need to adopt one method over the other for TUP or keep harping on the point.
