It is a program that can change the locale files ..for example the writings in the menu and some stuff..

Nope. This program is only 4 editing texts.

Emmm... just edit the lines... Just use LockBook to easily find the strings you need.
But make sure, you use v. 3.1.4. 'cause in v. 3.1.3 there is a small bug connected with LockBook.

I tried this for 06 hoping that I could edit the sentences that comes out every loading screen, but could you look at this http://i703.photobucket.com/albums/ww38/zabros/wtf.jpg I really dont know what's the problem but I bet their's a problem their, Is this what the loading screen has? I believe not
