I turned off camera cuts in the In-Game Settings and in the Camera Options. Now, game don't crashes in timeouts and after the first quater, I hope... I'll test it more, but you can try it too.

Sorry, but it doesn't work((((

Just one question... Are you using XP or Vista?

Did you try to run the game in Win Xp compatibility mode?

i was thinking...

Assuming that EA did test the game before releasing it, and the .exe file is fully functional, maybe this bug is caused by our OS...

If a problem is caused by an incompatibility from an operating system, then EA didn't do enough testing. The fact that a number of people who have bought the game are experience difficulties just proves that EA is up to their same old tricks.

Ugh, the camera cuts does prevent the automatic crash at first quarter or a time out for me. But it still crashes randomly, like just when I finished the game :(.

I've sent off an email about the problem. In the meantime, any information we can gather (operating systems, whether we have any luck getting around the crashes by disabling certain options, etc) would be good since we can send that off as well.

NHL 08 controller issues... NBA Live 08 crash to the desktop... FIFA 08 abysmal graphics...

Madden 08 - slightly better

So far, no patches available... It seems EA will let us down

I think we're all used to the 'EA letting us down ever year' routine.

Its sad there aren't any other major sports game developers on the PC. God bless Konami for the Winning Eleven series. They gave us current-gen graphics and superb gameplay. And FIFA 08 just sucks!! Eat ur heart out EA!!!!!

I was just thinking about it!!! Let's start a campaign to convince 2k sports, to bring NBA 2k to PC!!!

Pro Evolution Soccer PC kicks major butts... is patch friendly... I'm sure a NBA 2k8 PC series would kick it too!!!

2K sports bring us NBA 2k8 to PC!!!

Well, lets make it happen this year. Hell, if next-gen is too much to ask for...im willing to play a ps2 port of NBA 2k7 or 2k8.
