This is what I think - I realized that there is this one problem - the complete "sgsm" that can be found in the Chinese forums did not state who made those headshapes, and when patchers just took the headshape out of our "sgsm", it turned out that your work is used.

Many of the patchers did not know that they stole the patches, because they were already stolen previously.

hmm, here's what i think CKal - i saw it was you guys (along with Killer Crossover aka OG, njkobe and modifly, thanks by the way) who 1st caught the matadorre fellow because the KG that he said he made looked familiar in your eyes in your own recollection, and true enough it turned out to be mine...

now just browsing through the earlier pages i saw this urh28 post this:

Um.. thanks for the respect points Glen, but are you saying that urh28 uses your Jordan as a base or something? Or did he uses part of your Jordan in his? Or did he tweak your Jordan ebo? I mean, not again. You're really the victim of patch borrowing if he really does what you think.

I did not know who made this Jordan's patch.
I downloaded and used it since I play live 07.
It looks similar to Glen's,
but after opening the file in FSHLine,
I found that it has something differ from Glen's 3 versions.

I downloaded Glen's MJ(college, rookie, and wizards versions).
Avoid comparing with Glen's,
I make another period time of jordan's patch intentionally.
After according to Glen's version,
I find that I can strengthen lighting effect on the cyberface.
So I spent a lot of time searching MJ's pics,
making the lighting effect on the cyberface more naturally as possible by using photoshop.

And I also spent a lot of time to modify the headshape,
fixed chin,neck,eyebrow bone and skull radian…
narrow his eyes and adjust eye tail radian…
all I do is just want to share the more realistic jordan's patch.

I won't release the patch.

Glen, if you are reading now then I hope you will understand why he used your patches. It's for a good reason. Like CKal said, people dont know that they are using other people's patches because it has already been stolen once. I know you'll understand him and forgive him for what he have done.

It will be a shame, if you do not release your Jordan patch. After all the hard work and determination you put in, if you decided not to share it then I'm really disappointed.

What you should do is PM Glen and ask for his permission to release your Jordan that was based on his. I'm more than sure that Glen will give you permission.

You spent a lot of time fixing a lot of things, and you have done them very well.
All the lighting effect on Jordan is absolutely awesome. The headshape that you modified is also spotted on. It will be very disappointing to see those work only in your game.

As a CF patcher like you, I woud like to make a request and I sincerely hope that you will complete my request :

Please PM Glen and ask him for permission to release your Jordan that was based on his. Glen did not want anything but people to ask him first if they want to use his work as a base or re-releasing. I know that you do not know who first made it, and that you used it since Live 07. It is not your fault but now that you've already know Glen made it, you should talk to him. As I said, I'm sure he will forgive you and give you permission to release it.

You are a very talented patcher, and it will be absolutely devastating if you do not continue to serve the community with your top notch faces. You shall not give up, but you shall solved the problem that you are facing and you shall continue.

I believed that you will do the right thing. I got faith in you.

That is my request. Hope it is not the last.

even though i'm not totally buying your excuse urh28 (i'm not going into details anymore so you won't get into deeper trouble)... but since you acknowledged it now and apologized, i'm fine with it... lets leave it at that, you can release your jordan for the guys that wants it (never even recall prohibiting you to do so in the 1st place), just make sure before releasing anything next time to give credit where credit is due so you won't have to explain yourself with tons of pictures...
