because, i changed the ratings for t-mac in-game, up to 90 (when you add 1 point e.g. to the field goal, his ovr changes to 79 or sth like that), and in dynasty, his ovr stayed that way.
so, i thing the only way to make this roster playable in the dynasty is to modify each player in-game.
