Texmod is a generic graphic patching program that can hook into almost any game and export it's textures and replace it's textures. There was a thread about it a while back, but I can't seem to find it.

man google it cuz I'm not sure that this will be the right definition but its a program which allows you to change the coding of any or most applications.
OK my goals now are the port some of these guys great jersey patches and putting them in a resolution of 324X324 with sweat, I have a bunch in my game but for me to release so I just gotta ask for permission so if your Conrad, Dragon, Lean, or anybody who've release a jersey patch can give me permission if you haven't read or got a pm yet.

I'll be using a bunch of his shoes but no pack, maybe I release his shoes in 300x300 to stop crashes, maybe if he gives me permission.

no becuase anybody can just add songs that they know, with songs that come on the radio everyday so in my patch its going to be different sounds.
