Search google. I recommend Hex workshop, but you have to pay for it after the trial expires or else it becomes limited. There are free hex editors out there like xvii32, though.

You can with a hex editor. Open the locale file with a hex editor and search for the shoename you want to change. Only problem is, you can only replace shoe names with the same amount of characters.
Here is a small comparison of the original 07 loc file with the real shoes loc file. Notice how the different names all have the same amount of space used, and when using smaller names, spaces are inserted to take up the extra characters.

Search for a shoe that you want to replace and change the name. I think you should get in touch with tie_shen or the makers of Real Shoes for 07 for more information, because I can't help you any further.

Just Got the game, Just downloaded ur shoes, but I'm having trouble with the saves file "XIAOJU????" its not in my load game option???
Also,,, Is there a 1.0 shoe patch??? They have to be installed i order right???
