ebo files are 3D files if that is what you are asking about

O files are associated with court files.

Normally they're found in court .viv files, so if you've deleted any from your sgsm folder the default ones from the vivs will be loaded. If you want to use the specific .o files that you deleted, you'd need to reinstall the court patches you were using before. You probably don't need to worry about it though.
