gasol for either carmelo and lebron happened to me many times.
I even tried getting lebron by trading my gasol but the cavs denied it.

P.S. It was one time I accidentaly chose other team than Cavs. Since that I tend to choose more carefully.

Sheed is much better than Ellis, Kenyon Martin or many other people we've seen being traded for lebron

It would be better unless I didn't use my own roster where LBJ's overall is 99 and Sheed's 80. And chemistry is counting as well.
