I believe that he doesn't have white tattoos.

Knee pads look good, but that scorpio tatttos are bad. I think would be better if you leave his arms clean.

Colour of ears and eyes differs from colour CF. + correct eyes. And in the rest it is good.

Colour of bhed differs from colour of body.Try to add more red and yellow.Also make the bhed brighter.Other is good!!
