The area under Jackson's eyes look bad, otherwise very nice indeed! Try lowering the opacity of the eyes, that might fix it

For Charlie Bell's headshape~try to make the forehead a tad wider and give more volume to his hair, as you can see in his photo

Great Cook and Novak !! Bell could be better i guess. The headshape is better than EA's obviously, but it's still not a perfect match.

Nice job on D. Cook.. If you can straighten his nose and make his eye color the same as it is in real life, then it would be perfect..
