CAVS as always ;)

Clippers, of course. I think it will be fun bringing up Al Thornton into a starter and deciding on what to do with Brand/Thomas/Maggette. I'll probably stay realistic with Brand and Livingston, keeping them on the IR until February. I'll be simming most of the first season and training Thornton, splitting the PF minutes with him, Thomas and Williams.

If the PC version is worth playing, I think I shall be doing a Lakers dynasty. If time persists of course! :D

Thu Oct 11, 2007 7:52 am

Denver like always, and i think i'll play with Phoenix or Boston in addition.

Nuggets should be a nice live team with a injury free K-Mart.

Sat Oct 13, 2007 11:20 pm

When I turn on the game, than I'll decide which team I 'am gonna play with, but I think it 'll be Wizards, couse of Arenas and Jamson duet

Sun Oct 14, 2007 3:30 pm

I'm not sure yet, but it's between the Nuggets, Knicks and Hawks. What do you guys think would be the best one?

Mon Oct 15, 2007 5:25 am

Go with the Knicks, you know you want to play with Alan Huston and nate robinson.

Mon Oct 15, 2007 9:23 am

As soon as I find the time to really start a dynasty, I really want it to be with the Wizards. I plan on getting rid of just about everyone but Arenas and Nick Young.

Players I want to get:

Bostjan Nachbar
Martell Webster
Dikembe Mutombo

... no particular idea why on Mutombo.

I'm planning on doing the Sonics; since I live in Seattle, I love the whole youth rebuilt roster and it will be fun using a bad team.

Although oddly I feel like using the Cavs or Pacers for some reason.

Often it's fun to select a team that isn't necessarily your favourite (or one of your favourites)...perhaps because you don't mind blowing it up and changing the face of the team with some wheeling and dealing.

Mon Oct 15, 2007 9:22 pm

I'm now thinking the Lakers, but it looks like there will be many Lakers' dynasties..

Mon Oct 15, 2007 11:22 pm

That shouldn't stop you. You should take control of whomever you feel like playing with.

Tue Oct 16, 2007 1:19 am

I'm about to start a memphis dynasty and maybe later on today i'll do a cleveland, chicago because of tyrus thomas, i love thomas' dunking ability and maybe seattle because of durant and try to make him rookie of the year. I will be playing mostly in 5 min quartors. For my dynasty already i have a gaurd coach, a rebounding coach and defense with mostly good grades and a very good training assistant head coach. Cleveland's gonna be a challenge though.

That is maybe the best "feature" in the game.We can't watch the guy but we can play with the guy.

Fair enough, I suppose it's something to consider if you're planning on doing a thread in Dynasty Stories. Of course, with all the people around the world playing the game and only 30 teams to choose from, you are somewhat limited in your chances of being truly unique. ;)

I now know what I'll do.. I'll do a Laker dynasty..

I can give you one hint... A trade..

Fri Oct 19, 2007 1:50 am

Kevin Garnett?

It's Kobe.. And the most hyped team, where Kobe will go..

The Bulls. I would hate, if that will happen'..

So that's the challenge.. I've already completed the trade via ESPN Trade Machine..

Sun Oct 21, 2007 8:19 pm

Ah, I see. I thought you must have been intending to pair another star with Kobe in Los Angeles.

Mon Oct 22, 2007 3:47 pm

I'm going to do my first Live dynasty here. Right now I'm either doing Sonics, or Hornets. Will start after opening rosters come out.

Which should I do?

Mon Oct 22, 2007 8:18 pm

Tough choice since both are appealing prospects. In terms of starting over and building up your team, Seattle is the better choice since you've got Durant and Green along with Chris Wilcox and some solid veterans. If you're looking for a team that's a bit more established and has a couple more players that could be used in blockbuster deals I'd go with the Hornets.
