The wii has s***ty graphic engines that's why it's worse than current gen :-p
As far as the PC being next gen, they will never port the wii version of the game to the PC, so as long as they are making it for the ps2 and xbox, they will keep porting the current gen to PC, but after they stop producing for those, I don't see them porting it from the wii to PC ever. After PS2/Xbox versions they'll either discontinue it or make it next-gen.
