I'm hopeful. I think '07 woke them up.
There is some serious ill will to that game. Madden's as well suffered some hostility.
My worry is that with trying to make the game on what.. 8 systems? Resources will be spread thin and the PC version will get the worst of it. While I am hopeful, I'm not sure we'll see anohter good PC version till they stop making PS2, GC and XBOX iterations.

What the people behind Live 08 are saying is very positive. They want to bring back the fundamentals. I'm thinking that means they'll start from scratch, which is just what this game needs. We'll see though...we'll see..
