I think he means my beta players.dbf.

You put it in the one of the folders, which MUST be a roster, located in My Documents\NBA Live 08\saves.

I did a few more tweaks, and the result is pretty impressive. I'm simulating (Play Now with no user-controlled teams) a game of Spurs @ Lakers. I will post the stats later.

Once again, thanks Kris for the tip about SCOREAREA as well as the range.

That fixed loads of problems.

Also, to those who are using my rosters, please report any unrealistic stats.

That - is an unavoidable issue - once the appearance.dbf of your "originaldb" is edited, you can't start a dynasty. That's why I am playing season.

u can play dynasty well i can. i use flip updated roster w/ sgpf fastbreak fix and no crashes. juz delete patches til it fix tha problem, nugget4life

the defense a little bit too good, that I was forced to quit playing when I used Pistons against Bostons, tied 30 at half. I adjusted the settings later.

However, now that Brewer is not hitting the three, Kris, I still need your help, because he is still taking the three.

Kobe not getting enough boards?
- That's because Odom, Gasol and Turiaf got them?
Too low shooting percentage
- I did that to keep the score low - change the slider if you want
Too many turnovers?
- Improving...
Turiaf and Gasol attempted threes?
- Those are the buzzer threes at the end of a quarter

Once ive fixed the crashes of my edit player screen ill use this last rosters you released and ill edit it to make this as perfect as possible(ratings,turnover per game and speed)..just gotta find a way on how to fix the edit player screen

They are all "the best player" on their teams. So... what now, what are we gonna do...

Kris, this problem still exist... To solve that, we must make the guards have better overall than the other players. We can edit the overall without editing the other stats, but that would become unrealistic when you come to trading...

another problem is too many attemtped 3's but in tha nba there are stats lyke taht but i lyke it at 15 attempts or lower. dont worry ckal, flip or kris will kno wat to do :wink:

edit: i notice that after using tha SGPF fastbreak fix on flip updated wbf1 rosters, then the simengin will screw up. but witout the fastbreak fix, tha simengin works out fine. so does tha sgpf fastbreak fix juz lowers the speed of tha players if so then thats tha problem. so i guess manually lowerin tha speed of tha players will screw up tha simengin. fastbreak is fine wit me. its more exciting wit fastbreak and boring to me witout it.

Look nice Ckal!! But i think teams are taking to many shots!! the only answer i can find is that they are getting them too fast!! The team needs to use more the clock, that could get better results and less turnovers if you play a smart game and make no stupids mistakes :mrgreen:

That is because of the animations of webberf1 bro he added some new animations for that part

Good New guys i was able to fix the edit player screen crash so now i can start in editing the rosters..

Ill focus more on editing the ratings of ALL PLAYERS so that we could have some good results..

Good news Kris!

By the way, I think you should lower ALL players' primacy - they shoot too much. Otherwise, try edit the plays so that they would hold the ball longer, or having more pass work.

As you can see in my stats, I forced them to miss the shots, to keep the score low. If they are shooting less, we will have nicer stats! :mrgreen:
