one thing though try to align and fix the eyes and when you put a mustache try to i think blend it to avoid looking like a fake mustache..

yup..i think you overcut the eyes in your layer..you can just try to warp it..
i thin it's very good..except for the eyes and fake-looking beard...

I also like the first version more. on the second his hair look like you just put a wig over his original hair and the beard looks fake. try to repair that and it will be top notch

Yep I using Photoshop CS2 but i cant give you the link of that. Because there is no freeware of photshop, you had to buy it!!! I got a original version.

By the way, version 1 is better, and you can get his hair's top a little lower. It looks too pointed.
