Very important question:

i did 30 teams, the dynasty is working but sometimes crash and its show me a problem in NBA LIVE 08/database/workingdb, can someone know the problem?

you must have 32 teams to play dynasty mode(i am not sure about the number of the teams but i think its 32 you can count the nba teams to see how much do you want)

this patch include 16 european top teams!

first you need to download the first patch that you can see down, than download this patch and go to \My Documents\NBA LIVE 08\database, and double click on finalize.bat.
now go to the NBA and LOAD IWL 08 1.1.

no no, some of the cfs and portraits are from euroleague mod 2006 that nisimkd was on of the creator so we can took it.

if you ask me, this is one of the best european patch ever.

Best European patch is Euroleague 06, second may be yours. You forgot to put me into credits, I have created many courts for you

go to my documents and then to NBA LIVE 08 then to database and click on workingdb, delete all the files that in this folder, just inside, not all the folder.

Quality of FIBA Live 07 is very low, I don't know how looks Euroleague 08/09, but nowadays the best European Patch is Euroleague 06

FC BARCELONA: Xavi Rey(SG,SF), Victor Sada(PG), Lubos Barton(SF,PF)
UNICAJA MALAGA:Alfonso Sanchez(PG) ,Michal Chillinsky(PG,SG)

REAL MADRID: Quinton Hosley(SF,PF is in free agents), Lazaros Papadopoulos(is in free agents, C) segi llul(PG) Venson Hamilton(C)

it still crashes man, but as far as I know its only against Dynamo

Does it overwrites the files on nba or it's standalone and I can play this patch only loading the roster?

yes. you can play this patch only with load the roster.
this is doesnt hurt the NBA roster.
