in photoshop i simply change the colour on the layers i have in my templates and you can download the texture in 06 thread.

yes I am currently updating and fixing every jersey I have worked on so thats something over 300 jerseys and yes i will have a version released at 512 res and a 256 res for those computers won't support it. I am waiting upon stalkers new trims and collars patch to get some jerseys finished and well no idea for release date it can all depend on how long it takes to get the 06 numbers converted to 08 format for all the hardwood classics in 512 res.
