I like the unsharp version better, because when you sharpen low res pic it will create an unreal textures which looks like it's been exaggerated.

However, it is still your call on the final product guys

The in-game preview looks really good to me, but I think there are some flaw at his left eyes. Seems like it's not well aligned or something because the edges are clearly visible.
