Yes, the ratings is based on their performance in this year's FIBA tournament.

Why not include legendary teams for example: Yugoslavia 02 Yugoslavia 88 Usa Dream Team 92 Argentina 04 Greece 06 Croatia 92 etc...

Hi!
Here are some previews of ten new cf's that I made for this mod.They are not S_Brat quality but they are better than nothing.Speaking of S_Brat,I would like to give big credits to him for the use of his ebo's on these cf's and any future cf's I make.
There are 5 each for Belgium and Croatia.I am going to be making one more for Croatia,Luka Zoric.I am also just concentrating on the main teams for right now.Which means the winning teams.If anybody has any high quality headshots of players from the FIBA America,Asia and Oceania then please send them my way.

UPDATE!!!

This mod is still going.It is taking LONGER than usual because of the amount of teams that are involved.So according to King Mellow the roster will not be ready until late November to early December.So ANY roster questions should be asked to him.Anything that has to do with art or any other stuff goes to me or Zeller.

UPDATE!!!!!


So we have a delay.Unfortunately our original roster guy could not keep in touch with us on how the progression of the roster was going.I should have known better because that was one of the main reasons why the creation of a new NBA Live 08 mod never came to exist last year.That is one of the MAIN reasons I had to cancel it.Against my better judgment I went along with this roster creator but should have known better.From now on,if Zeller and I decide to make a new FIBA mod,then I will be the roster creator.No one else.Just me.Much like the TUP 12 mod,I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS RELEASED.Maybe not all the teams that were said to be in the mod by the original roster guy will be included.I will try to get what I can.

So I am asking you all that still have interest in this mod to just be patient with Zeller and I.The two of us have brought you two very good FIBA mods in the past.I promise we will not let you down.



And thanks again former roster creator guy.You did a swell job...again.
