Here you go: Smart Gilas Alternate just edit you teamgear.dbf. So it will appear in your game. I didnt include a teamgear.dbf file there. its just the jesey file

You need to make sure the file name is the same as the TEAMABR4 in teams.dbf.
If it is not then you have to edit the jersey file.
