Hedo is really nice, I think his eyes are a bit too tilted but it's still good even if you leave it like that.

Dwight is almost photorealistic. The areas which you could improve are his nose, mouth and eyebrows. His nose is too wide, his mouth is too big, and his eyebrows are too stretched. If you get those right it's definitely the best Dwight I've seen personally.

Why did you lower the tip of the nose? You were supposed to make his nose narrower by reducing the width sideways.. The lip is better now though.
