I'd like to see a men's league, shitty, generic players playing in a small arena or with no crowd at all.
So similar to these 2K mods

You would need to make logos, players (could use CAP faces), and uniforms (I could teach you how to have different uniforms for each player). A couple of my NBA Street 08 Courts would probably work well too.

I'd like to see an Olympic Qualifying Tournament patch. Twelve teams are qualifying this year (Greece, Puerto Rico, Jordan, Nigeria, Venezuela, Lithuania, Russia, Dominican Republic, South Korea, New Zealand, Macedonia and Angola). The candidate rosters have been announced for pretty much all the teams mentioned, but no final rosters yet. The jerseys for most teams are probably very similar to FIBA11 mod. The only difference from the FIBA11 mod would be the court and the roster. Everything else is pretty much the same .

I'd like to see an Olympic Qualifying Tournament patch.

Those 12 teams including the other 9 that have already qualified for the Olympics are going to be in the mini-Olympic mod that is going to be made.

Most likely you'll find out the 12 qualifying team rosters on or before July 2nd. As for the Olympic team rosters, you'll have to wait another month.

well, think about pickup games you goto, not everyone is wearing a complete uniform like real teams
probably the 30 to replace the NBA players and teams
and my NBA Street 08 courts that I linked to above has a Tandy and Practice gym with a small crowd

Yup, except when I make it, I don't have NBA Players (well, other than the 2K12 mod I'm working on now)

how about 2013 rookies since most of them came from NCAA

Those will be a part of future current roster updates.
