We have this scoreboard in "our" NBA Live 2005 Patch Releases & Previews section. The scoreboard was made by wyan. Look here:

But I am not sure about compatibility with 08 version, because this scoreboard was made for Live 2005 version. If you want to try it out, I recommend to download bigger version ( 2 versions are there - bigger and smaller...)

helllo, how can i get this patch to work properly in NBA Live 08???

Well it doesnt work properly in live 08, you will see the scoreboard in game but you wont see the team names, just the scores, and I think these wont really work properly for live 08 because its made for 05 which makes it compatible for 05 (maybe in 06 also) only

Plz can any one make the patch compatible with 08?
It's a very good scoreboard

there is a similar TNT scoreboard for NBA Live 08 at the chinese NBA-Forum 56nba.com but it is difficult to translate this site. I tried it with several tools to translate it but I wasn`t succesfull ...
anyway I asked Double LC (he created this scoreboard) if he could upload it on an other side. He still didn`t answer.
