Crashes when I exit in the substitution selection.! HELP.!

Why is it SOMETIMES it CRASHES/ERROR when i exit on the substitution menu/list.??? Please HELP me with my problem! :cry:

It cuts my fun(kill Joy) everytime i play nba live 08... :cry:

You'll need to provide some more details, including any patches you're using (particularly if you've recently installed any new ones), whether an error message is displayed when the game crashes and whether you've modified any files yourself.

If it's giving you an error message, could you post a screenshot of it?
