UAAP-NCAA MOD for NBA LIVE 08

hi guys,
i have a suggestion of we people creating a uaap - ncaa mod for nba live 08 and since there is no nba live 09 for pc, it will be worth it. what do u guys think? of course we must all help for this mod to be a reality. we will include the ncaa (8 teams), uaap (8 teams), uaap and ncaa all-stars (the updated roster of the game yesterday), special alumni teams for some schools like admu, dlsu, san beda, ust, feu, etc.

FYI
UAAP means University Athletics Association of the Philippines
NCAA means National College Athletics Association

both of these leagues are in the Philippines, the NCAA mentioned above is not the same as the NCAA in the US. (just explaining to u guys who thought that this NCAA is the NCAA league in the US, so as to not confuse between the two). these two leagues (UAAP, NCAA) are the two most prestigious and most popular college leagues in the Philippines.

why is that so? there is no nba live 09 for pc, right? so why are the patchers "decreasing in number" and nba live 08 "dying out" as you say?

If this Mod proceed there will be bugs because it only have 16 teams. With that lack of 14 teams users cannot play Season, Dynasty, 3 point shootout, Dunk Contest etc. We'll just play the regular game the "PlAY NOW" game. So you need to add 14 more teams.. Maybe you can consult Hamzie because they already made the PBA, LP, PBL together and some are requesting for PBA, UAAP/NCAA mod.. So Goodluck!..

how about if we add it to the slamdunk 08 mod? do u guys know the slamdunk 08 mod? ill list the slamdunk teams in that mod:

now thats 15 teams (we can change takezato since it doesnt have any recognizable player) from slamdunk plus 16 teams from uaap and ncaa
ok now i know it isnt realistic but so is the UPB but its still great right?
then we'll replace the 50s to 90s with the alumni teams of DLSU, FEU, ADMU, SBC, SSC-R, then the adidas team also replaced by maybe another alumni team
the west and east allstars will be replaced by the uaap and ncaa allstars (lineup above)
i know i am not the maker of the slamdunk mod but i am just adding teams so that we can play it in other game modes like you said. so hows that?

can someone please list ALL the players from the UAAP and NCAA latest season who are in the UPB (Ultimate Pinoy Basketball ) MOD of Sir Hamzie? that way i know who i dont need to create players anymore. please post here the likes of rabeh al-hussaini, chris tiu, ekwe, tc (im not very familiar with the NCAA players because i dont watch NCAA). so please anyone please post it here. help greatly appreciated

we already have a new home for projects like this. the developers of UPB are already there including hamzie. gusto niyo pa rin maging squatter dito

the slamdunk teams will not be included in this mod because of:
(1) slamdunk mod is not my creation;
(2) i have thought of a better plan that is explained below:

for the UAAP-NCAA live 08:
this is what i plan:
8 uaap teams
8 ncaa teams
some of the recent past champion teams:
04 DLSU
05 FEU
06 UST
04 PCU
05 CSJL
06 SBC
other champion of the past past pa like:
02 ADMU
01 DLSU
98 DLSU
97 UST

the legends will be replaced by the alumni all-stars of DLSU, ADMU, 3 other schools (i have not decided yet)

also of course the west and east will be replaced by the UAAP and NCAA all-stars (the latest all-stars this year like rabeh, ekwe, jazul, etc.)

hnd pa ito un lhat ng teams, initial plan ko plng ito, post dn kyo ng ideas or better un mga height at weight at other info ng mga players ksi jersey number at position lng nhanap ko as of now. please help naman especially sa past rosters like 02 DLSU, 98 DLSU, 97 UST, etc.

NOTE: there are people who said that this mod should have 30 teams because it cant be played in season mode or dynasty so this is the plan for it, bcoz if i make the rest of the teams full of former uaap and ncaa superstars, then these teams would be unbeatable (almost at least), so only the legends will be super strong teams, while the rest of the teams are teams from the past that have won the titles. this way it will have a more balanced competition.

since i have gained sir hamzie's permission to make this mod from the UPB itself, maybe in december ill release a roster file only (patikim lang muna)that can be played if UPB is installed (no new jerseys, CFs, logos, music yet). pasensya na po ako lng kasi gmgwa nito eh. lahat kyo busy sa UPB. and also, i am a college student, so im always busy as you people are.

EDIT: ill wait for the v0.2 release of the UPB first before i start doing the roster files that i intend to release in late december

sino sa inyo my uaap-ncaa live 06 installer? pwede po ba pa-upload naman or pasend ng link kasi klngan ko nun para makaisip ako ng mga balak/pwede ko gawin sa uaap-ncaa 08 mod para lalong gumanda tong mod. please naman un lng help na hnhngi ko sa inyo, lam ko lahat kyo busy sa pagpatch ng UPB. ako lng mag-isa gmgwa nitong mod, sana naman matulungan nyo ako sa hnhiling ko na tulong.
