Yes, it is. You can import new files with EA Graphics Editor.

i open logos.viv with eagraph then i don' know how to go on

Tools -> Import wizard.

The speech files were possible to open with Audy 06, but this tool only works with Live 06. I don't know of any tool like that for 08.
