Team gear colors editing and unlocking shoes

This is my second year with NBA Live 08, unfortunately in the offseason I had to flush my computer and start on a clean slate. During this I lost some things that I forgot to backup. One was the guide to team gear colors in order to change them in the dbf and the other was the shoes that I unlocked. I was wondering if anyone had the team gear color guide because I know it exists on this website but I can't seem to find it. Second, I was wondering if there was anyway to unlock all the shoes in the game without having to having to wait for store points?

You can find the colour guides in the NBA Live 08 subsite. To unlock all shoes, just open shoesacc.dbf and make sure all the entries have ISLOCKED set to False.
