Doesnt gameplay patches work in season/dynasty?

I love Alby's realistic roster patches, and they work perfectly in exhibition games. Then i start a season, and suddenly, the CPU reverts back to its old "PG driving to the basket 100x in a row" or "PG holding the ball for 20 seconds" ways. Its really frustrating, because i was just about to start a season with position lock, because i loved the realism i got in exhibition mode. But in the first game of the season, my PG drove to the basket 7 times in a row without a single pass, and the CPU PG drove about 5 times in a row. There was like 3 minutes without a single pass in the game!!

Before i have just thought ive been imagining things, when i notice a difference between gameplay in exhibition and season, but now im absolutely certain.

They should, there aren't any seperate gameplay logic files for Dynasty Mode so far as I know.
