hopefully, since there is no nba live 2009 released in pc. there would be a speech id editor be released for nba live 2008.

Theres a soundeditor (forgot whats its called..audy or something) for live06 but does not work with live08. You should check it out and maybe you can modify it to work with live08. Good Luck.
