I'm sorry but you have to be more patient than that. Not everyone is online at the same time, not everyone visits the Forums every day and not everyone has the same knowledge.

Not working with cyberfaces, I'm not sure of the best program to use these days but you might want to ask someone like Samutei (who makes excellent custom headshapes) as to which program he uses.
