game crashes

my game crashes every time i play usa team. well i know about the patch that alby released to fix this problem but when i copied the files to sgsm it doesnt work anymore. so i was wondering if anyone could link me to a fix for this problem that would be a great help. thanks alot. i dunno if this is the wrong section. so im sorry for that.

edit: also my game crashes when i'm trying to enter the substitution section.
