Help with my Phx Suns team chemistry!!!

My roster for the phx suns:
A. Stoudemire 94
J. McRobert 90
B. Diaw 83
K. Bryant 97
S. Nash 87

Bench:
C. Bosh 88
N. Young 76
K. Durant 77
L.Hunter 71
C. Mihm 64

1)N. Young and Mihm is bragging about playing time, K. bryant is whinning about the locker room arguing.

2)What should i do? I want to play 5 min quarters but my bench is whinning about playing time....

3)Another thing the players wants more market value how do u get that?

unless you want to sim, chemistry doesnt matter, your team is already a friggin all star team, just play and do what ever u want...

I guess..:/ can i get their satisfaction from dbf editing? if so teach me how cause idk how to edit team chemistry....

There's nothing you can do about that. Your team's market size won't change, it's set once you select your team. As long as your players are otherwise happy, they'll usually put up with whatever market they're in. The only way they're going to get any happier about the market they're in is if they're traded somewhere else.
