Remove teams in teams.dbf

How can I delete teams in teams.dbf. I delete someone and appears in the game anyway...

Welcome to the Forum. 
You should never delete the rows in teams.dbf; it doesn't work and just ends up causing more problems. About the best you can do is change the TEAMCODE so that teams are no longer recognised as NBA teams, though this causes problems in Dynasty Mode.
