CPU Substitution in Dynasty..

I know this is being asked before but I want to ask it again...
Is there a patch for that the CPU can sub their player even it is not in foul trouble...
I've been playing dynasty with the CPU not changing their players... Its weird...

No there is still no patch that can fix the substitution bug 100% but try maek's fatigue fix it might solve your problem..
