how come i cant run NBA08 on vista??

My CPU is athlon dual core 3.2, 6 GB of RAM, and graphic card is Gforce 9600 GT

it runs games such ash need for speed carbon, GTA 3, and Ageof Empire3 very well.... how come my computers can't run the game NBA live 08 well when i installed window vista?
i tried to update driver and everything but i cant run the game well
when i format my pc back to window xp , it runs this game well

try going to the nbalive08 .exe file (not the shortcut)...and set it as run in windows xp (service pack 2) and also tick the box named run as administrator...hope it helps

You gonna have to download older drivers for it to play right on vista. Download 169.25 and the game should run smooth. Nba 2k9 for pc will be out in a couple of weeks though, so have no fear.
