Would it be possible to have this kind of feature in the game, buy out someones contract from europe and sign him yourself? Like portland trail blazers can do after every season on petteri koponen who is now playing for virtus bologna in italy, four year contract but it is possible to buy out after every season...

It might be possible for EA to implement in future games but as far as adding a specific function for it to the game ourselves, I'm not sure how we'd go about doing that.
