Looking for a Sheed...

Pleae help me out i cant fix my rasheed wallace tattoos. The CF has no " arm_tat.fsh" file so im wondering why the tats are still wrong. I had a prob with another player as well but as soon as i got a patch with " arm_tat.fsh "included it went ayt. Guys can ya help me out by posting a link of a CF of sheed wid a " arm_tat.fsh" included or even just the " rawalla_arm_tat.fsh" will do. thanks alot!
