Patch for players playing time?

Is there a patch were in all my 12 players and my opponents 12 players will be able to play in a game either in simulation or in actual game?
I have notice that PG don't get substituted only the Centers and PF.

The only way around that is to adjust Fatigue ratings. Most roster updates do that automatically. Maek has also released a standalone Fatigue Fix, which is the one I've applied to the NLSC updates.
