players do not have the superstar steal ability

Hi, could anyone help me with this problem? Players like Allen iverson with good steal ratings could not perform the superstar steal move(steal from the back of an opponent). I tried changing the user steal ability slider to 100 but it does not help at all.

It's not only about the steal ability. Probably his defensive awareness is too low then (it has to be at least 75 I believe). There's need for 75 quickness also to perform this, but Iverson is a very quick player, so this shouldn't be a problem. Check this defensive awareness.

hey spree thks for ur help. However i tried ur method it still doesnt work. I even created a perfect player(Overall:99) but i still couldnt perform the superstar steal move. Isit because there may be something wrong with my game files?

I think it's just this that you can't control when a player does or doesn't perform a superstar move, it's all automatic. Maybe your position when you try steal a ball like this is wrong or something like that, which causes that your player doesn't attempt to steal a ball from the back.

Oh because i have tried like numerous times with good defenders like iverson, kobe and even my created perfect player on rookie level which would be easier to perform the move, they just couldn't perform the move. I even tried adjusting the sliders for user steal ability but couldn't get the move. Anyway thks for ur help.
