Can you edit who plays in the All-Stars?

In season mode, can you change the roster of the players in the all-star. The game only calculate based on ind. stats and not thier standing. In my season Boston has the best record but none of their players were in the all-star!

I think you can. When the All-Star teams are already chosen, edit the players.dbf file from the season/dynasty folder and change them like you do while working with rosters.

Yeah, in the field "TEAM" 30 is East All-Stars and 31 is West All-Stars.

I know that 30 and 31 is for all-star roster but in the seaon, the game chooses their all-star based on the season. I don't think 30, and 31 represents those teams. Eg. Brad Miller was choosen for the all star and his team number is 32. But 32 is suppose to be for retire players.

It should still ultimately be the same team IDs. During a season in Dynasty Mode, the game seems to use other IDs to keep players out of the normally playable rosters but appear on All-Star teams and the like, with 32 (Retired) and 40 (Legends Pool) being used for this purpose.
