In my videos, I'm housing the computer and people are telling me I'm playing on rookie lol. I've never blown out the computer by that much on Superstar. But I believe you lol

I've had the rare game where I've been able to blow out the CPU on Superstar but quite often my style of play combined with the comeback logic sees final scores that are much closer. Nice work, sounds like a satisfying win.

You did that on 5 min quarters? Thats awesome! I believe you sometimes that happens, I was playing against the mavs (as my Charlotte Bobcats Dynasty team) and I blew them out of their home court! I think it was 6 min quarters but might have been 8, the final score was 30 something to 130 something, that was on starter level but I have never dominated a team like that, I still play starter but the score is usually around 100+ to 60 or 70, time to go up a difficulty for me.

The best game I played was when I was Denver and was playing NEw Orleans. I was down 20 lol. I almost came back to win. I lost by 2 points Iverson missed a close jumper at the end of the game which is UNBELIEVABLE lol

My best games are always against Seattle.

I was playing against a friend an all-star game (I had west) and at the end of the 3rd quarter I was down by 20 too (5 minutes each quarter again)! In the 4th quarter, I played really well and i made a great comeback by scoring 3's with Dirk and Nash and also dunking with Amare (not to mention the great defense). With 10 seconds left, I dunked with STAT and also drawed a foul. I made the free throw, and I was down only by 1. Then he gave the inbound pass to Jason Kidd, and started running like crazy! I pressed the button for intentional foul but i couldn't reach him! Then he made a big mistake: He passed to Howard! I finally fouled him with Amare (fouled out) and he made 1 of the 2 free throws (the second). With only 1.5 seconds left, I called a timeout, and I gave the inbound pass to Nash (I placed him just behind from the 3 point line). He made the shoot, with LeBron in his face! Certainly my best comeback and one of the best ever (by the way, my friend has only defeated me 1 time from more than 100 games that we have played)!

i reached this big number of steals from the opponent's inbound pass, u know, when cpu passes, i put my player in front of the receiver and i just take the ball. and yes, nba live sucks, but as i mentioned, i didn't use any patch. using patches, the game is really good, still not perfect though (i'm using REALLY hard sliders and new aiacts, but i can still win easily - and no, i don't steal from the inbounds pass anymore)...

I won a game online yesterday in overtime. Had been trailing the whole game by between 4 and 10 points. Managed to get the scores tied at 102 a peice with 15 secs left, my opponent had the ball in a big mans hand and i shut down the paint forcing him to shoot from outside....he missed taking the game into OT.

Ended up winning by about 10 or 12 in OT, score was about 140 to 130. Very satisfing as it was against a real person

I had a game once I was playing with Denver against Washington. I was down 17 points by the middle of the second quarter. I changed my defensive match ups and ran a fastbreak tempo. I was down by four at the half. Third quarter I caught up and we played back and forth. Fourth I played off the crowd man by the end of the game I beat Washington by 15. Best game ever played.

it's pretty easy on the 08 computer the players a.i is stupid,but on games like 2005 and 04 it's hard cuz of the come back shit you can't really blowen teams out

My best game was when I came from behind to overtime and kobe hit a game winner..

And best set of games was when kobe and gasol were injured in my dynasty..

But i hate the damn game..I traded odom and reserve pg for stoudemire and when he is posting and I press shoot he does a layup every time no matter how many players are around..its a 90% shot and I could do this all game and destroy other team..damn..even with patches the game sucks

Have you tried making your sliders more difficult? Try that and you won't be able to win that easily... I'll post the sliders I use later.

Try using Nigu's latest AI patch ( http://nbaliveforums.com/viewtopic.php? ... ca161ef3a5 ). It does improve CPU defense a little bit. its similar to mine except stealing and interception and I like high game speed..
played quick 3min quarters lakers against houston and beat them by 20 points..
When I play I always give my best.. I cant ignore bad cpu defense and lose on purpose..

live 08 is unfixable. I think im done with the game
