I think that people are guessing, last I heard they were leaning toward Thunder but they haven't chosen anything yet, check NBA.com they are still listed as Oklahoma City, no nickname yet.

The release of the official Oklahoma City logo is on september 03, 2008 at 5 pm... Visit this website on that date..
