It is possible to make the crowd sounds neutral?

Dear Anyone,

It is possible to make the crowd sounds neutral? Like the crowd reacts 50 50 there is no home crowd advantage. I have edited the team's Home and Away advantage through Db Commander I have put the values -1 1 but this doesn't change how the crowd reacts. The file - xcrowd.cfg, is there anyone who has knowledge on how to tweak this file?
