Put the .asf files in: C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 08\audio\music folder and put the .big files in your sgsm folder

There's a readme inside, just in case you missed it.
Oh, and if you want the song titles to be changed as well, put the .loc file in: Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 08\loc folder.
