Help Cant Load USA team Olympic Jersey 2008-2009

I Cant Load USA team Olympic Jersey 2008-2009. I have nothing else wrong with the game but if I select USA away home or alternative jersey my game crashes to desktop. If I select the ugly knock off jersey all works fine. I looked for the jersey in sgsm folder opening with fshX and only see the .fsh for the knock off jerseys. How do I get the Olympic Jerseys to load. I can select them, but have never got to see them in the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW I tried reducing resolutions of arms and legs from 512 to 256 with no luck. My problem lies in the jerseys themselves. Something seems missing.

NVM: I figured it out. I didn't use the files from the Alternative files folder nor the aiact.viv file. Apply 7 and the fix...followed instructions it works. I used shoe patch 5.0 instead of 5.5. Didnt use crown 2d mod. I believe it is already applied. Hope this helps. For vista user make sure your opening sub folders and and replacing files not merging folders.
