Non-draftee Ratings

Hello again its me.....

I want to get the ratings of Non-draftee (e.g A. Roberson, A. tolliver etc.)

Just like what Sir Andrew made the Rookie ratings....

Sir Andrew where did you get that accurate ratings?

Those were the ratings I assigned the draftees when I created them for the NBA Live 08 roster update (though I have changed them since). I didn't get them from anywhere as such; I looked at the scouting reports and their college stats and with that data in mind, made guesses as to how they're likely to perform in the NBA and assigned the ratings accordingly.
