I don't know about who you could trade for but try trading radmonovic and johnson for a power forward. And as far as team needs you could scout a power forward or a center during the season and see whether or not they're good at rebounding. You could always train your big men in defense and see if they improve in rebounding and train your all your gaurds in offense and see if they improve in midrange shooting and three point shooting.
