Please check out Faces Troubleshooting.txt for info on how to fix that problem.

There was no need to create a new topic, so I've deleted the other one.
If that is still happening, it means the art is not in the correct place. Make sure you've placed the art in the sgsm folder under the main game folder.

When you install the rosters, art is placed in C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 08\sgsm. This causes problems for people who have installed NBA Live 08 to a different folder. It is easily remedied by moving the files from the previously mentioned folder (which will have been created by install.exe if it didn't exist before) and placing it in the correct folder; wherever that may be.
Perhaps it would be easier if you told me the folder you've installed NBA Live 08 in so I can customise the troubleshooting instructions so that they're easier for you to understand and follow.

ahm i copied it, and the faces are clear now but the hair is still like a shiny balls

i installed it in may external memory maxdor hd. G:games/easports/ nbalive08

OK then.
- Open C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 08\sgsm
- Copy all the files in this folder
- Open G:\Games\EA Sports\NBA Live 08\sgsm
- Paste the files you copied from the folder on the C: drive

dude just try to read the instructions clears and more often everytime you install something...or add something...wen i first download the patch of this game we have semilar prob. but itried to undertand learn it on my on way....then you'll realize its so easy unlike wen add pathces to gta sa its pretty shitty...
